This designer tea (World Tea Champion - 2007) is the perfect composition if you are feeling a little under the weather with sinuses or a head cold. Great iced! Ingredients: Apple pieces, carrot flakes, blackberry & eucalyptus leaves, beetroot, hibiscus blossom, lemon grass, tangerine pieces & freeze dried orange slices. Pour just boiling water (212F) over 1-2 rounded teaspoons of tea, steep 5-10 minutes to taste.
