Ingredients: Elderberries, hibiscus blossoms, apple pieces, black currant, flavor, freeze dried blackberries, freeze dried strawberry, & raspberry pieces, wild strawberry leaves. Pour just boiling water (203-212F) over 1-2 level teaspoons of tea per 6oz. serving, steep 10-12 minutes to taste.
