This post-fermented tea (Pu-erh or Pu-er) follows centuries-old traditions, after production, these teas are stored in cool cellars or dug in the ground for one or more years. Ingredients:  Black tea Pour just boiling water (203-212F) over one level teaspoon of tea per 6 oz. serving, steep 4-5 minutes to taste.
