Depending on the cage you select, you will need two or three measurements for a correct fit: base ring, cage length, and cage girth. Base/Cock Ring: The base ring should sit comfortably behind your nuts without any gaps, ensuring blood continues to flow to the penis. There shouldn't be any discomfort or numbness. Measure the circumference around the base of your scrotum and penis while it's flaccid but still with good blood flow – ideally after a warm shower or a soak.
