Girls Clown Halloween Costume Tutu Outfit

This adorable clown Halloween costume tutu outfit includes a stunning rainbow tutu and a clown shirt.   All tutus are made with high quality tulle and a 1" non-roll waist band.  I make all my tutus very full and fluffy.  I put as much tulle as I can possibly fit.  The puffy sleeve tee comes in sizes 2T-10. I also carry the same brand shirt in a tank top style as well as long sleeved.  Sizes below 2T are Carter's brand onesies. (Size 12m and 18m puffy sleeve tees may be available through custom requests.) Please select your sizes and shirt options from the drop down menus.
