These neck wraps are now 3" longer than previous versions, feature a soft flannel on one side, and a removable pillow case with a tucked end to keep the wrap cozy inside.  For heated use: warm in microwave at 30 second intervals and shake to disperse heat. Do not overheat!  For cooling use: place in freezer safe bag inside the freezer for 2 hours before use. Weight: 30oz Contents: Lavender = rice + lavender essential oil + dried lavender buds.
