Distilled from 100% South Carolina Jimmy Red corn, which was almost extinct at one point! Aged for 5 years total, with 2 years being in Wisconsin! This is one of the oldest barrels you will find from High Wire Distilling. Corn fritters, maple syrup, a touch of mint, and some “Juicy” cherry to round things off.
