6-Year Ohio Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey Featuring Watershed Distillery

Bold and chewy meets sweet and decadent. Don't purchase this double-barreled bourbon expecting the typical double-oaked flavor profile. Expect it to be better. 6-year bruiser of a bourbon Distilled at Watershed Distillery. Finished in a sweeter-profile Watershed bourbon barrel by Two Souls Spirits. Double Barreled, not Double Oaked.  The difference? Ours did not undergo a second aging in a new barrel. We used a previously used bourbon barrel (also from Watershed).The end result is an impeccably balanced, multi-layered bourbon that doesn't overwhelm your palate with intense oak or cloying sweetness.  Two barrels = a better bourbon. We took big, brash Watershed bourbon and finished in a "sweet" cask that previously held another Watershed private selection by 2 Bros 1 Bottle (Columbus, OH).
