W 2020 Rosé

**WHOLESALE** Our Rosé has probably been my greatest teacher. It has taught me lessons in patience, curiosity, having faith, and knowing when to guide and when to step aside. This block, more than any other maybe, takes its’ yields very seriously. She will ferment how and when she wants, and will not be rushed. She’s always worth the wait, and I think she knows it. This year she gives us lime blossom, perfectly ripe strawberries, with a bit of California citrus, as well as a hint of the leaves and sunshine that made her possible. She has an energy to her that stays with you long after she’s gone.
