Laser Engraved Bennington Flag Minimalist Wallet
This minimalist wallet is handmade from oak and comfortably holds eight standard cards, but can expand or collapse as needed. On the front, it features the "Bennington Flag." The Bennington Flag was flown at the battle of Bennnington in the American Revolutionary War in 1776. The large '76' makes it easily identifiable as a banner from the American Revolution, recalling the spirit of 1776, the year our Declaration of Independence was signed. On the back, it features Benjamin Franklin's infamous "Join, or Die" cartoon snake that he submitted to the Pennsylvania Gazette in 1754. The cartoons essence focuses on the colonies, all claiming to be American, but disunited. It helped make the point about the importance of unity. It later became a symbol of colonial freedom during the American Revolutionary War. Measures 3.36in tall x 2.11i. wide x .5in thick and weighs 43grams empty. With eight cards it measures .82in thick.
