Purchaser understands and agrees that:   The barrel is being sold 'as-is' and 'where-is' with all faults. The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose of the barrel.  The Seller will provide the barrel to the purchaser at the exit of Seller’s facility.   The Purchaser is responsible for providing any necessary and appropriate handling, for the safe loading and securement of the barrel within Purchaser’s vehicle, transportation, and any additional moving or use of the barrel.   The Seller accepts no liability or responsibility for any damages related to any aspect of the movement of the barrel.  The Purchaser is responsible for, assumes all risks and liability, waives any claims, and agrees to fully indemnify Seller and its parent or affiliate entities, for any injuries, losses, or damages to any persons, the barrel, any vehicle, or any other property resulting from the handling, loading, transp
