When you are looking into locations to shoot on a trip I find it pays off to always research a location a little more than you initially think you need to.This covered bridge was a location that caught my eye when I was looking into the region.When I travel somewhere I will look at all points of interest and then narrow down the ones I think have potential. So, for covered bridges, on this trip I literally looked through every page of my Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, and Maine atlases. I also researched every single covered bridge in each state online.This is one that made me want to look into it further. In doing so I always look at topographical maps in my atlas, on Google maps, as well as on Google Earth to start. This covered bridge had what appeared to be a small waterfall below it and by looking at the angles for the shot I thought I could get it into the shot.Now, I wasn’t just going to get a covered bridge but finding that small, unnamed (?), waterfall or cascade bumped tha
