I created “Spark of Creativity” because I absolutely love periwinkle and I’ve always gravitated towards anything in the shade. I suppose it’s probably my favorite color 💜. This polish is a pastel periwinkle with a delicate pink/purple/indigo shimmer and holographic flakes. Both have a subtle shifting shimmer complimentary to their shades and a dusting of holographic flakes. Holographic flakes are my favorite and I just had to put them in my duo! 🥰 They remind me of the stars which have always kept me staring into them for hours on end
