Chameleon Flakes: One In A Chameleon Our Premium Nail Art Powders are made with the highest quality and contain no fillers! Just pure nail glitter goodness. How to Apply: Paint on your base color (we recommend black for a vivid effect!)  You can either Apply them directly on the sticky layer that appears after you cure your Gel Polish OR you can Apply/Cure a No-Wipe Gel Top Coat and "scrub" the flakes into the top if it. Once the nail is covered, begin rubbing the powder in using either our Dual-Sided Silicone Tool, a foam makeup applicator, or your fingertips. Apply another Gel Top Coat (yup, ours works great at this!) and cure to seal in your powder! (Make sure to cap your edges/tips!)
