Blue Orchid

Artist Kristina Ingvarsson enjoys painting nature and flowers around her. Growing up, her mother had over forty orchids in their home. This particular one felt extra luxurious for a young girl learning about plants, with its rich, almost magical colors. The artwork has paint stains on the back of the board, a reflection of Kristinas's messy beginnings in the painting process.
