Fly Away

The gas gauge was screaming for attention,and suddenly, around that bend, there was the perfect mid-century gas station. The roof over the pumps was way to high and looked like it was about to take off. Filled the tank and hung around for a while to get the feel of the place. Hot out today, but this place was wonderful and pristine. As usual, I didn't want to put in a lot of details that weren't necessary to tell the story and I kept it to blues.
