Études Francophones (Volume 37)

"Représentations du corps" About Volume 37, nos. 1 & 2: The French and Francophone Studies Program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette once again organized its annual conference in March 2023. This time on the theme of "Representations of the Body," a theme conceived in a general and inclusive manner, for all literary genres, all periods and areas of the Francophonie. This two-day gathering on our campus in Lafayette brought together researchers from all levels (professors, independents, master’s and doctoral students) to reflect on this theme in a spirit of sharing and conviviality. This double issue offers a selection of the presentations, developed over the course of the year into traditional scholarly article form and subjected to a double-blind peer review.
