Thai Iced Tea, a sweetened and spiced black tea drink, is a mainstay at every restaurant in our city’s beloved Thai Town. Traditionally served over crushed ice, it was destined to be re-interpreted as gelato! Most store-bought Thai tea mixes include electric orange food dyes. We make our own mix and use all-natural vegetable juice to get the drink’s trademark orange color, without the funky dyes.
