However, a high level of reinforcement was always a problem in filament making, until now. Description Ultrafuse® PP GF30 contains 30% glass fibers that are specifically designed for 3D printing filaments making Ultrafuse® PP GF30 compatible with any conventional FFF printer. PP has a lower moisture uptake than PA which makes Ultrafuse PP GF30 fully printable without need for drying. In combination with its high level of glass fiber reinforcement and its ex- cellent chemical resistance, Ultrafuse® PP GF30 is the preferred filament for exceptional harsh environments. Thanks to its UV resistance it is more suitable than any other PP-based filament for applications directly exposed to sunlight. Benefits at a Glance Excellent chemical resistance Low density Low moisture uptake High heat resistance Improved UV resistance Example Applications Automotive / transportation Functional prototyping Jigs and fixtures Material Properties Tensile Strength (MPa): 41,7 (XY); 15,9 (ZX) Flexural Modulus (MPa): 3507 (XY); 4026 (XZ); 1671 (ZX) Elongation at Break: 4,4 % (XY); 0,8 % (ZX) Impact Strength Charpy unnotched (kJ/m2): 23,1 (XY); 25,8 (XZ); 2,5 (ZX) Impact Strength Izod unnotched (kJ/m2): 20,5 (XY) , 2,4 (XZ); 2,6 (ZX) HDT at 0.45 MPa: 127 oC Printing Guidelines Nozzle Temperature: 240-260 °C Build Chamber Temperature: - Bed Temperature: 20 - 40 °C Bed Material: PP strapping tape, PP GF adhesive Nozzle Diameter: ≥ 0.6 mm Print Speed: 30 - 80 mm / s Next Steps Printing Profiles Prusa Download via the Ultimaker website Download via the BCN3D website Download via the Raise 3D website Meterial Details Product Leaflet Technical Data Sheet Safety Data Sheet
