Umami Mart is proud to be a retailer of Hawaiian Shochu Company's products and a venue for their mainland debuts. After featuring Nami Hana in Shochu Gumi, we occasionally can get our hands on other products from HSC's distillery floor, and this is one of those times!  Aged in sakura wood casks from Miyazaki, Japan, this shochu is made with citrus and vanilla beans all grown in Hawaii.
