Africans Before Caricom documents the long history of members of the World African Community from their beginnings in Africa to their arrivals in the Caribbean and other parts of the western hemisphere. Its first chapter reports ideas from African peoples, other peoples, and scientists, about the beginning of the Universe, the earth, the first human beings, and later human beings. Its second chapter describes the first wave of communities, societies, and civilizations established by People of the African Continent (those inside Africa, the PACs). Its third chapter also describes the first wave of communities, societies, and civilizations established by People of African Descent (those outside Africa, the PADs). Its fourth chapter describes the later wave of communities, societies, and civilizations established by PACs after the end of their first wave. Its fifth chapter describes the coming of the PACs and PADs to the Caribbean and other parts of the western hemisphere over thousands
