Cherry, 26 1/4” long and close to 1 5/8” in diameter. This thing ain’t kidding around! Designed specifically for rolling pasta or large sheets of pastry such as filo or strudel, it features a straight profile with slightly tapered ends for easier handling and to avoid catching on delicate dough. Surfaced directly from the tool for a unique feel and superior finish. My rolling pins are carved, not turned, meaning they have irregularities you might not find in traditional pins. Personally, I find that these variations feel great in the hands and add to the overall experience!
