Spalted Maple Spoons

These three one-of-a-kind spoons were carved by hand from the same stunning piece of spalted hard maple. Bring some fresh energy into your cooking with my one-off spoons. These are designed one by one and inspired by the material, meaning that no one else will have the same spoon. They have been carved with traditional tools such as the carving axe, adze, knife and hook knife. Hard maple is very durable allowing for a thinner neck design. Food safe finish; should it start to look "thirsty," replenish occasionally with a food grad oil such as safflower oil. Made in Colorado.
