Also known as the Sarabeth Awareness Ribbon Keychain.   Why 7B1 you may ask?  Sarah was FINALLY diagnosed with CVS while we lived in Hawaii. The Peds floor there at the Army hospital as on 7B1. We spent a lot of time up there and officially had our “rooms” whenever we did spend days or weeks up there. 7B1 was where we had to use our voice to advocate for our daughter who when she has CVS is non verbal. 7B1 we had to fight for her which means that there were a lot of tears being shed in the process. We had to fight for the team to take her serious and us as her parents since we know what Sarah’s CVS looks like. We had to teach and train the 7B1 team who to communicate with Sarah not just with PECS but when she got her AAC Device, we had to train them on that as well.   Once we had everything set in place, the whole 7B1 floor became like family to use.
