This compact volume, 32 pages, is jam-packed with not only recipes, but each has nutritional information, prep and cooking times, variations and tips, and step-by-step photos along with a photo of the finished dish. On a driving holiday, we often take a wok. I could see this being tucked inside, since the ingredients are easy to find. The recipes can be prepared for one eater or a crowd. This is a 2003 hardback book in excellent condition. (previously owned)
