Marina Colonna Ginger Infused EVOO in a 250ml anfora bottle

Marina Colonna remembered her father infusing their EVOO with lemons. So, when she inherited the estate, she started infusing her EVOO with different ingredients, including unusual ones like ginger root. Ginger is added to the crushing of the olives to make it a true, natural infusion. Ginger and Extra Virgin Olive Oil?
