The follow up to Plenty, this is the 2014 first US edition. I get hungry just looking at the pictures! I love Ottolenghi’s books both for his approach to respecting the ingredients he uses and for the slightly Mideastern touches. Honey Roasted Carrots with Tahini-Yogurt is a personal favorite. I also love the way the book is organized – by cooking method: baked versus fried or braised.
