Fantastic Vintage Foo Dog Pair, Glazed Majolica Style, Hand Crafted

Seriously, have you ever seen a pair of vintage Chinese foo dogs quite like this?! This pair is extraordinarily crafted with a level of detail that is like no other…they are handpainted and highly glazed pottery giving a Majolica feel. Disclaimer: one of the tails has a repair but honestly isn't noticeable unless you know. I've included pics showing both sides.  Price reflects.  They were acquired from a fantastic Texas Hill Country estate just outside of Austin in one of the premier golf and lake communities. They were part of an incredible chinoiserie collection - one of the most colorfully curated one I’ve ever seen. Everything was FAB...EVERYTHING!
