UnDeR20 × LINWENXIN Ripper Three-Dimensional Segmented Tee

 In April, our Artist Insider interview series will launch with a special feature on the artist LINWENXIN(@xhuntsoulx). The series may span two or three episodes, and part of our 25SS collection includes a collaboration with the artist. One of LINWENXIN(@xhuntsoulx) signature practices involves painting directly onto discarded, yet beautiful, packaging boxes. Inspired by this, we incorporated his visual language into the garment by folding and stitching nine three-dimensional darts across the body of the shirt. These raised seams cut through his artwork like clean slashes, creating a striking visual of separation and fragmentation. This is a T-shirt that appears simple at first glance, but reveals careful construction and conceptual depth upon closer look.
