Skin-contact Orange wine for those who don't typically like drinking orange wine or for those who have never tried orange wine but want to get into it. Produced with full skin maceration for 4 days, then matured in amphora for an additional nine months.   These Vi Vini wines are produced and brought to you through a collaboration between Fox Beverages and La Ginestra, a 100% worker-owned and managed Tuscan farm. In 1978, a group of people claimed some abandoned land in Tuscany. With the help of goats, they cleared the fields and planted grain, legumes, and vines. The farm is La Ginestra.
