Affectionately known as part of the "Crackerjack" uniform, this USN SDB Jumper Blouse may be prescribed for wear year-round to all official functions when Dinner Dress or Full Dress Uniforms are not prescribed and civilian equivalent dress is coat and tie.This Jumper design DOES NOT include the side zipper. This jumper shirt features an open neck with square Sailor collar, and one front left pocket. The collar has two stars on the jumper flap and is trimmed with three white piping.
