D3O Viper Back Protector

The D3O Viper Pro is an extremely flexible, low profile and lightweight back protector offering great protection.  We offer this piece in Level 1 ("Stealth") and Level 2 ("Pro") variants—one is about shy of 1/2" thick, the other is a full 1" thick. Aside from the Level/thickness differences, these have the same profile. See below of full specs.  For most applications we prefer the Level 1 -- which is way better than Level Zero; and not as cumbersome as Level 2. But we'll never argue against more armor. It really comes down to what is comfortable, and what you'll wear every day.
