This is an edition of The Mountain World edited for the English version by Malcom Barnes. It was published by George Allen & Unwin LTD out of London. It is dated 1955. This book was directed by Othmar Gurtner on behalf of the Swiss Foundation for Alpine Research, in concurrence with chief-editor Marcel Kurz.This book has minimal shelf wear and bumping to the edges. There is very little discoloration & fading on the covers. The spine is in good condition.
