The book is in the form of letter from Topsy reprinted here by the permission of the Proprietors of PUNCH. Act One has 25 letters and Act Two has 26 letters.It is a hardcover book with red covers. It has a lot of shelf wear and bumping / tears to the edges. There is some fading and discoloration to the covers as well. The spine and the text on the spine are faded. It has a previous owner's inscription inside. The binding is in acceptable condition with all pages intact. There are two inside pages with discoloration caused by a bookmark or something left inside. The book is overall in acceptable condition and still very readable.
