It has a Lexan cover and a 14" L x 9.5” W x 2” D stainless steel working tank. The housing is constructed of urethane in a white finish. The variable temperature thermostat can maintain the unit at temperatures ranging from 120ºto 200º. It heats to the proper temperature in 15 minutes.
