Reflections LS Tunic
The Reflections LS Tunic is inspired by the dynamic and thought-provoking work of Carlos Luna, whose art captures the dualities of the human experience. As noted by the Polk Museum, Luna’s paintings bring to life the tensions between love and hate, freedom and repression, growth and decay — the essence of the human condition. This tunic is woven to reflect these themes: when worn against a dark layer, the reflection of death is subtle, a quiet reminder to the wearer. However, when layered against a bright color, the reflection becomes pronounced, making the duality of life and death visible to the outside world. The oversized long sleeves add to the theatrical yet intimate nature of the design, offering a bold statement on the complexity of our existence.
