UNDERCOVER X NGAP Paint Splatter Cargo’s

The paint was applied by hand by (I’m assuming/hoping) Skoloct himself. The pants also feature an elastic adjustable waist that tightens up with buttons on the inside of the waist. I have had a few pairs of these over the years and each pair are slightly different.
