They are washable and reusable. Tubie pads and Trach pads are a double layer soft and absorbent with an absorbent layer.They are an ideal alternative to disposable split gauze. Sizes vary slightly from design to design. They are appropriate for all ages. Slip between the belly and feeding tube button or trach tube for soft, dry comfort. Gently snap open and close. Tubie clips and port covers are lined with flannel and snap closed. We use only KAM snaps.  KAM snaps and clips are durable and last over and over when handled gently. They are made of layers of varied cotton and flannel. All of our items are machine or hand wash. We recommend a small lingerie bag for our items to keep them separate in the wash. Lay fla
