These pads have 1 top layer of cotton print and a lower layer of flannel. The outer edges are soft and fuzzy which soften with each washing. These pads are thinner as I don’t use fleece as a layer. I only use KAM Snaps for closures.These work well with low-profile fitting tubes. These can be ordered without snaps for a tight-fitting bumper.
