Sierra Azul - Mexico

We say VIVA MEXICO with the launching of our new Mexican coffee Sierra Azul.   Sierra Azul is a certified-organic and Fair Trade organization located in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere in Chiapas, Mexico. The smallholder members are dedicated to environmental protection as well as producing high-quality coffees organically. What does Unlocked Coffee think about this coffee?  We always find in Mexican specialty coffee a uniqueness in the aroma  Notes: Mellow cocoa, clove and almond flavors, citric acidity and smooth mouthfeel.  Process: Washed Origin: Chiapas, Mexico.
