The creeper shoe was originally inspired by the crêpe-soled desert boots worn by WWII soldiers posted across the deserts of North Africa. This style of footwear became fashionable in the years following World War II, seeing resurgences of popularity at various times since then. Here are some elements of the creepers we decided to maintain such as the rounded toe, the thick sole, and the incorporation of only two eyelets, plus the beautiful combination of two colors on the toebug.
