Grown in Africa’s old-growth forests, our peaberry is a remarkably clean, round, complex coffee. While fresh coffee cherries normally have two coffee beans within them, peaberries only have one, creating a denser bean with a unique flavor. With beans harvested at elevations between 4,500 - 6,000 feet above sea level, we’ve lightly roasted them to create a cup of coffee worthy of an extraordinary view. TASTING NOTES: Black currant, orange, and a sweet smell of florals.
