Oriental beauty

Tasting Notes:  malt/honey, summer fruits, rich and naturally sweet. Farm Location: Emei township, Hsinchu county, Taiwan. Elevation: 100m Cultivar: Qing xin da pan September Harvest 2024   Oriental beauty is typically made in the summer when the “pests” are most active and abundant but a second production is often made in early fall. It makes for a  fresher feeling  and more fruity profile, maintaining flavor but less thick than prime season oriental beauty. The other advantage of buying this type of OB is that it’s much less expensive than its summertime but still leaves you entranced by its aroma and taste.
