Ya shi xiang

Ya shi xiang (duck shit aroma) Tasting Notes:  sweet malt, herbacious, rich florals, custard Farm Location: Wudong village, Feng Huang Mountain, Chaozhou city, China. Elevation: 850m Season: Spring 2023  This tea offers much more than a tongue and cheek name. There’s a nice regal feeling to this one, paired with floral juiciness and malted creamy notes what’s not to love?  Ya shi is an excellent afternoon tea providing a calm second wind. Pairs really well with butter biscuits or shortbread cookies.
