Pierre Morey, Bourgogne Rouge Region: AOC Bourgogne - Burgundy, France Grape: Pinot Noir Clean, gorgeous fruit. Delicate tannins and dazzling acidity with a little fresh cherry and cinnamon on the finish. Château de la Huste, Fronsac Region: Fronsac AOC - Bordeaux, France Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon A nose full of cocoa and baked plum. Quite a substantial wine. Warming, delicate Bordeaux with lingering notes of dark chocolate shavings and fresh soil. Domaine Faury, Saint-Joseph Region: AOC St. Joseph - Rhône Valley, France Grape: Syrah Silky, savory, and a little sweaty. Tastes like applewood smoked blackberries, with a finish that knows how to leave you wanting more. Absolutely delicious.
