In looking at our beer line up, what we felt what was missing was an IPA solely designed for San Diego living. With that in mind, the hop to highlight was kinda a no brainer- Citra. We chose to counter balance the Citra with the ever awesome Mosaic & Columbus. Wafting with aromas and subsequent flavors of grapefruit, melon, lime, passion fruit and lychee with lurking earthy and pine notes this beer is ideal for a refill...or 2. At a modest, yet respectable, 6.0% and 36 IBU and sporting a soft mouthfeel this “ode to forever summer” is a straight up crusher.
