The ELITE Precision Adjust package includes the basic version as well as the upgrade kit, which adds multiple grits as well as a leather strop for finishing. The Precision Adjust is an angle adjustable knife sharpening system that delivers precision and repeatability. We love this system for pocket knives especially, but it will also sharpen up most knives 10" and under. The angle adjustment goes from 15 to 30 degrees, and is easily changed by turning the angle know on the top of the system.
