A lightly oxidized Oolong from the Mountainous region of Nantou, Taiwan. Tightly rolled leaves and connected stem unfurl slowly, revealing a new character with each subsequent infusion. Jade Oolong can be prepared as an oolong or a green tea and makes great cold-infused iced tea. Great served hot or iced. Sold by the ounce.
