Eaton H052/72 Axle Disc Brake Conversion Kit Full disc brake kit to replace factory drums on Eaton H052/72 axles This kit includes everything needed to convert the rear Eaton H052/72 axle from drum to disc brakes. It’s a cleaner, lighter, and more effective solution compared to rebuilding old drum setups. You’ll see improved stopping power, easier maintenance, and reduced unsprung weight after the swap. The brackets are based on our 14 Bolt pattern, which also fits Eaton axles used by GM from 1965–1972. Installation requires single steel wheels (15" with max 4" backspacing) or larger aluminum wheels. Some Eaton hubs will require stud changes or drilling to accept rotors, especially on 1971 and older models.
