This pendant necklace features a multi-colored 12mm fire agate bead, and a silver bumble bee charm, on a delicate stainless-steel chain. The stone is multicolored with oranges, reds, grays, blacks, whites, and browns. The chain is 18 inches long, and the pendant drop is approximately 1-1/4” long. The name Agate is associated with the Achates River of Sicily, now known as the Dirillo River. Agate was utilized by ancient Greeks and Romans for decorative carving and arts, and examples from that time are still extant.
